Hypnotherapy is a method of inducing a trance or dream-like state of deep relaxation in order to access the subconscious mind. 90% of the mind is actually subconscious (only 10% is conscious/rational mind) - we often don't consciously dive into the subconscious mind, which is where we store all of our habits, beliefs, patterns, memories and intuition.
A spiritual hypnotherapy session means that we allow the subconscious mind to guide us and trust that it takes us exactly where we need to go, working deeply with our intuition.
Amy will be there to hold space and ask you therapeutic based questions to guide your subconscious mind throughout your journey.

Unlike a lot of other forms of hypnotherapy, spiritual hypnosis is totally unscripted, Amy therefore works with you and your subconscious to uncover what needs to come through.

It's perfectly normal to feel nervous or a bit worried - because healing work is not meant to be comfortable, but your courage to dive in will be so rewarded when you notice that you start to heal parts of yourself and experience a fuller and happier life.
Unlike other forms of therapies, Hypnotherapy starts at the beginning, deep within the roots. So sessions can be very transformational and effective. We might spend years in cognitive therapy talking about the same trauma, to then go straight into the root cause during a hypnotherapy session.
Hypnosis allows you to go a few feet below while still retaining full awareness, which means that you are always in control and always free to come out of your journey whenever you need to.

The sessions are conducted via Zoom online, this means that you can be in the comfort of your own home.
To prepare for a session you need to ensure:
You are somewhere alone and won't be disturbed
A stable wifi connection
Headphones that you can plug into your laptop
Come into the container with an open mind and a willingness to explore

After the consultation call, where we will assess whether hypnotherapy could be the right modality for you, Amy will work with you to create a safe container for you to explore your subconscious mind. All sessions are then conducted online from the comfort of your home.
Unlike cognitive therapy, hypnotherapy can be a deep process of multidimensional work, where you can expect significant change and results very quickly. Hypnotherapy takes you exactly where you need to go, often getting to the root of your past trauma very quickly.

Amy’s hourly rate is €75, and the hypnotherapy session usually lasts between 2-3 hours.
It’s expected that you will see significant change and results after just one session. It is important to leave time to process and create space after your journey, which is why some clients will have one-off sessions, others will choose to book a block of sessions. It’s entirely up to you and Amy can help advise.

Group hypnosis journeys — in person at Oracley
Amy offers bi-weekly group hypnosis journeys at her studio Oracley, based in Amsterdam.
During these sessions we work with inner child healing themes, to help clear and release energy and create more positive associations.
1-1 private online hypnotherapy — €75 an hour
Transformative talk based hypnotherapy sessions, where we dive deep into the subconscious mind.
Trained under the guidance of spiritual hypnotherapist Leo Max, Amy continues to conduct sessions inline with intuitive unscripted hypnotherapy.
